Sagemark is a place that is close to nature—a tranquil living lifestyle in a social community. I was the creative director for the team that was tasked with naming, brand identity and the environmental graphics program that encourages residents to thrive and connect within their community, a place that provides a break from their fast-paced, commuter lifestyle in San Jose, California.The project identity, wayfinding signage elements and a suite of printed collateral and usage guidelines were provided to the leasing and property management team to help reinforce the new Sagemark brand: ‘Life in the Park’.
