Scottsdale Fashion Square

Working with Macerich and JPRA Architects, I led the design team to provide a wayfinding program for the Luxury presentation wing at Scottsdale Fashion Square. The renovation included amenities such as resort inspired restrooms with a spa lounge, a luxury valet with a house car, personal shopping experts and style consultants. Fostering the continued evolution of Scottsdale Fashion Square as an upscale shopping destination, Macerich completed the expansion in the 4th quarter of 2018. The luxury wing is part of a multi-phase renovation plan that incorporates a technology wing, high-end residential units, class A office space and hospitality uses. The design for the signage pieces display a minimal material palette that is a compliment to the range of high end finishes, bespoke art installations and fine furnishings at the property.
