Winter Park: Hill House
Above the Village of Winter Park, The Hill House functions as an assembly space and a warming hut for the Coca Cola sponsored tubing facility in the winter, and as a place to gather for special events in the summer. The 2,230 square foot building is situated on a 16 acre site which includes an office, first aid area, snow making facilities for the tubing hill and storage for tubing equipment inside the adjacent shipping container. Floor to ceiling windows frame the views of the mountains and ski areas at Winter Park and Mary Jane resorts. This building was completed in 2013, on a compressed schedule and limited budget.
